Sweetheart Biscuit was the lucky cat rescued by Animal’s Cottage at night. From a terrified kitten, he turned into a friendly and sweet angel thanks to the love of the volunteers at Animal’s Cottage. He is now enjoying his happiest life at a loving foster home.
For several days, Animal’s Cottage was hearing a kitten (Biscuit) screaming near their shelter. His mom had abandoned him, and perhaps the crying was to find his mother. Trying to catch him several times but failed, the rescuers decided to give it the last try when they saw Biscuit sitting on the neighbor’s wall. Unlike the previous times, that time they prepared good lighting to spot the tiny kitten easier. But when the reuse team approached him, the kitten escaped to another place. Luckily, the rescuers could grab his body and catch the boy.
Biscuit was put in a carrier and taken to the Animal’s Cottage shelter. He seemed to be so scared of humans. The rescuers brought him to the roof of the shelter so that Biscuit could relax without being disturbed by other cats. But after 30 minutes, the little kitten didn’t stop meowing. When someone was going towards him, Biscuit ran away. The rescuers had to try many ways to approach the poor little boy. At first, they gave him decent food and fresh water, but the kitten didn’t accept it. Until he was tired and his throat dried because of crying, he knew that it was time for the meal.
After getting enough energy, Biscuit continued to hide. Although the rescuers used up their patience to convince him, the little frightened boy didn’t trust them. The team had to leave the kitten alone so he could feel comfortable and free. The next day, their heart melted to see Biscuit enjoying the meal with another furry friend at their shelter. They thought that moment was the sweetest to them.
Receiving the love and care from the rescuers, the unfriendly kitten gradually changed into a sweet angel. He became a good friend who was loved by volunteers at the shelter. Several days after, Biscuit was taken to the vet for vaccination and a health checkup. We can be happy that the little boy is living healthily.
