Dogs and cats are little warriors. They could be sweet and cute, but their inner strength never ceases to amaze us. If you need more reasons to believe in the incredible ability of these wonderful creatures, this story will give you one.
Angel was rescued by the Rescue From The Hart and brought to VCA Westlake Village Animal Hospital in unbelievably bad shape, with a broken heart and a damaged soul. Her situation brought them to tears. Some cruel person had starved her for months in purpose, and her empty look was one of the saddest things the rescuers had ever witnessed. The pitiful pooch needed a miracle to just survive.
Of course, Annie and the vets weren’t ready to give up on Angel, no matter how hard it was to help her carry on. They lent her everything they could offer: food, medical treatment, support, strength, and above all, their love. They shared her story on social media, and plenty of kind-hearted people were willing to give her a hand, both financially and mentally. Donations were pouring in, many volunteers were there to help.
And to their surprise, miracles did happen. All of their efforts were not in vain. After several weeks, Angel began to stand up on her own, marking the start of an awesome journey. What an incredible girl!
The dog continued to thrive and as she gradually recovered, Angel became more lively too. She opened her heart, she even learned to make new friends. Everybody was so happy for Angel. She taught them to believe in hope and cherish this beautiful life.
Angel later transformed into a brand new canine. She looked so healthy and had plenty of friends to hang out with. She knew how to make the most of every day. Her spirit and her smile could warm up anyone’s heart.
